President’s Message
I bring you greetings on behalf of Lambda Omega Omega Chapter (LOO) of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and the Notable North Atlantic Region. Thank you for visiting our site. Lambda Omega Omega Chapter has a rich history.
Twenty-seven successful graduate members formed a charter group and worked tirelessly for two years to bring this local chapter to fruition. LOO was chartered in 1978 to serve communities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey. Today, Lambda Omega Omega Chapter is thriving in the areas we serve and making a difference.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is an international organization. With the theme, Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood, our 2022-2026 national platform seeks to build upon Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s rich legacy of service by galvanizing our sisterhood into action. LOO will accomplish this by devoting our efforts on these six focused initiatives:

LOO is committed to ways to improve lives through purposeful programming and events in service to all mankind. We work collaboratively to maximize our outreach on progressive endeavors. Since its inception, Alpha Kappa Alpha has developed programs to address the needs of others while having a global impact.
